The application enables clients to interchange classes based on expiry dates, add restrictions for specific sessions, and receive alerts for schedules. Supervisors can also handle overbooking, appointment clashes, waiting lists, and client follow-ups.
ClassSwap offers a self-service portal, which lets members book courses, private sessions, facilities, or studios. Managers can also send automated email notifications to instructors and clients about cancellation, rescheduling, and confirmation of classes using the built-in client management system.
