Supervisors can manage purchase and shipping orders, select the required transportation providers, and utilize the drag-and-drop interface to streamline load planning processes.
Using the Dynamics TMS transloading and cross-docking functionality, supervisors can facilitate the movement of goods via rail, ocean, and other modes of transport. Managers can calculate the total cost of inbound and outbound shipments by adding carrier rates, tariff exceptions, discounts, surcharge amounts, and accessorial fees. It also lets users configure system alerts, conduct audits, and automatically generate freight bills.
Dynamics TMS facilitates integration with various third-party applications such as Export Doc, PC*Miler, TruckStops, and more. Administrators can use the web portal to track the status of delivered shipments and view dock schedules. The software also helps users generate business intelligence (BI) reports, maintain a log of carriers’ check-in/out timings, and secure confidential data via single sign-on (SSO) capabilities.
