What is eCasework?

eCasework is a case management and CRM solution for councillors, MPs, MLAs, AMs, MSPs, unions and other political representatives to collect, follow and resolve cases. By combining the essential tools for case management such as alerts, email, contact consolidation, powerful search function, document storage and time tracking, eCasework aims to provide an all-in-one workflow solution.

In order to improve organization, workflow management and timekeeping, eCasework provides a central hub to collect cases and complaints and track them from the initial contact to the final resolution. Users can receive, record and track cases from end-to-end and can consolidate contacts from other channels to create an online address book, notepad, email inbox, organizational diary and filing system.

Users can organise deadlines for task resolutions and plan events using the calendar tool and reminders can be automatically sent when a task needs attention or a follow up is required. Information is automatically synchronized across channels and devices and can be accessed from anywhere thanks to the cloud-based storage.

  • Find and retrieve files quickly with eCasework’s powerful search function which allows users to search by constituent or keywords. Files and cases can be tagged for organization and easy finding.

  • Get an overview of cases organized by due date or subject on the eCasework dashboard. Users can see a colour coded display of the number of cases overdue, due today or due next week. There is also a graphical case breakdown based on subject showing the percentage of ongoing cases relating to each subject.
