Key features of the solution include capitalization overview, centralized cap tables, standard equity workflows, shareholder allocations and board approvals. The platform provides multiple scenario models including next-round, exit and pro-forma modeling at the individual or company level to evaluate the potential state of funds. Its automated cap table updating feature allows users to approve, issue and execute shares, options, warrants and more.
Diligent Equity (powered by EquityEffect) allows users to create custom alerts and notifications for multiple actions such as filings, regulation, compliance and approvals. Plus, its reporting module lets firms view/download reports in PDF or Excel format.
