Pros
I felt very supported during the process and found it easy to set up. It has a great UX and UI, very pleasant to use.
Great service, great people - [sensitive content hidden] was a great help, easy to use platform, saved me a packet on legal fees.
In particular was great in helping us understand how to use Vestd and the onboarding process was great. The only company we saw with a direct integration to Companies House.
Cons
I haven’t yet found any areas I’m dissatisfied with.
Reporting to HMRC and the steps required are not intuitive and because they aren't done frequently are hard to remember.
Can't see a document once you've signed it (or it's hard to find).

We think it's a great platform and the excellent support from the team continues to ratify our decision to partner with Vestd!

Pros

The platform is intuitive both from an owner/admin perspective but also for employees which is vital as this might be the first interaction that people have had with equity products – making sure the process is clear and understood ensures adoption and realisation of the benefit for each individual!

Cons

Nothing of note - we utilise a good range of features and the platform performs well

Great service - people are so helpful

Brilliant - the platform helps with admin and compliance. The service team is the best I have ever come across. They make the platform a value add rather than just an admin cost.

Pros

The platform does what it says. It saves maintaining records in an ad hoc manner. More importantly for me is the level of customer service. We can all make mistakes but the service team are second to none in assisting and helping you correct errors etc. I have never dealt with a platform that has such great customer service. It's a clear differentiator. Very happy customer.

Cons

Nothing - I have no complaints about the service.,

Great customer service!

This is my first time using an EMI software service and thee customer service from the Vestd team is fantastic. They have taken the time to talk me through the platform, how everything works and even how EMI schemes work.

Pros

I like that it's user friendly and easy to navigate.

Cons

I'm still learning the platform, so nothing I can think of at this stage.

User friendly system that help navigate issuing EMI schemes

Great system and great support / customer service

Pros

The UI is intuitive and enables our employees to see their shares and the share schemes - this increases the value of them and brings them to life. Setting up the emi schemes is much easier and I have confidence they are done correctly and follow all the rules.

Cons

Reporting to HMRC and the steps required are not intuitive and because they aren't done frequently are hard to remember. Vestd helps navigate this, but it still sometimes takes some time to remember where to go and what to do. I don't think another system could do it any better though.
