Finn AI is working hard to meet our needs

Our relationship with Finn thus far has been a positive one; the collaboration and communication is good. Our project partners are very accessible, actively listen, respond quickly, and return a well- thought out solution when asked for one. They pay close attention to the small needs and details, such as our restriction with Google docs for the project plan, and have been able to quickly pivot with a different solution that meets our needs.

Pros

Alexa Voice, content writing structure, user analytics and KPI tools, AI logic and intuition.

Cons

We are not yet live with the AI enabled chatbot and are in the "crawl" phase. We are looking forward to a successful implementation and launch of the bot in about 45 days.

ATB and Finn - A wonderful evolution

We aim to solve 2 main business goals with the Finn AI chat bot: 1. Reducing volume of calls to our care center by providing an easy, self serve way for our customers to get information about our products and processes. 2. Providing our customers with service in their channel of choice, specifically digital first. Although the Finn AI chatbot is relatively new at ATB in its current state, we are starting to see positive financial benefits, as well as positive customer feedback about the bot, and we look forward to leveraging it in new ways over the coming years.

Pros

The Finn team is incredibly dedicated, customer focused, and easy to work with. They are always prepared for calls, are transparent when they run into any issues or roadblocks, and are incredibly useful when it comes to solving problems even internally to the bank. Their people are knowledgeable about the technology, and I truly believe they are excellent at prioritizing their product backlog.

Cons

We would like to be able to integrate our recommendation agent with the Finn offering, as well as "alerts" for when the bot or agent has responded to the user to grab their attention.
