Users can determine the location of gages that require calibration and generate audit reports in compliance with ISO 9000, ISO-ANSI 17025, and AS 9100 regulations.
Gage Control Software allows sales executives to view gage availability across multiple locations and filter reports based on status, date, employee name, and more. Managers can grant role-based permissions to specific individuals in order to provide employees with read-only access to equipment information. Gage Control Software also lets users print barcode labels in order to track equipment maintenance and export reports to Adobe Acrobat, Excel, or Word.
Key features of Gage Control Software include password management, forecasting, customizable fields, database administration, audit trails, and inventory tracking. It enables users to import calibration certificates to the platform and receive notifications about upcoming maintenance via email or text messages. In order to streamline communication between calibrators, the system offers an on-screen notepad to add reminders or comments.
