What is HDPOS smart?
HDPOS smart is a web-based billing and inventory software for small to mid-size retail businesses that helps track and manage daily sales numbers. The software features an inventory management system, which comes with serial numbers, stock transfers, and expiration dates to help expedite the sales process by eliminating the need to manually search for items available for purchase. In addition, availability of an item can be researched before it is added to the bill with an alternative suggestion if that item is out of stock. HDPOS smart also comes with a refunds feature, which allows employees to carry out refunds in cash or in-store credit.
HDPOS smart also comes with a gift card management feature that is an acceptable form of payment along with cash, checks, credit cards, finance agencies, bank transfers, and store credit. Additionally, every purchase provides tax inclusion automation, which is added based on the location of the purchase and can be overridden to enter manual additions or subtractions when needed. The software will also automatically deliver an invoice following a purchase via email or SMS that is tracked in the system.
