Our experience with Elementool Help Desk was positive overall. It is a good value for the money. It is a good ticketing system and allowed us to better track customer issues. It was also useful to be able to search and find historical information about individual clients or issues.
Elementool Help Desk/Ticketing system allowed us to convert customer reported issues from email to ticketing system. Elementool allowed us to track requests by type, such as bug, maintenance, enhancement, new job, etc. Elementool was very easy to use and easy to train others.
Elementool is a ticketing system. Unlike some other Helpdesk type systems it does not have project management or project planning functionality.
