In addition to centralizing the delivery of servicing activities, Katabat Unite extends customer marketing communications with a mobile-ready self service portal offering 24/7 access. End-to-End (E2E) lifecycle management then handles customer account servicing at every life stage, while digital onboarding aids long-term retention and two-way SMS communications improve response with compliant, real time conversations.

Katabat Liberate then goes on to add workflow automation around operational processes and the running of customer experience campaigns. These include marketing workflows for surveying satisfaction, collecting service feedback, presenting program offers etc via standardized workflows, configurable strategies and automated, triggered actions. Liberate also crucially handles the capture and resolution of customer complaints, setting automated rules for response actions such as real time follow-up communications and task routing when striving to solve issues resolutely and keep customers happy. Lastly, Katabat Restore focuses on aspects of collections and debt management with SaaS-based provisions for unified and digital collections, audit-ready hardship strategizing, debt placement and also recovery accounting.
