What is Linphone?
Linphone is an open-source VOIP softphone designed to help enterprises improve business communications through instant messaging, audio/video calls, and more. Supervisors can store contact details in a digital address book, access call history, and conduct audio conference calls.
Linphone allows organizations to transfer calls to specific executives and gain an overview of sales performance through call statistics. Managers can record calls, track intuitive message delivery status (IMDS), and share pictures and files with clients. It also lets users protect two-way communication through secure real-time transport protocol (SRTP), ZRTP, and end-to-end encryption.
Linphone enables businesses to optimize the quality of audio/video calls through jitter buffer and bitrate adaptation algorithms.
