What is XLeap?

Unlike “meeting tools,” XLeap works alongside your existing video calls (for example Teams or Zoom). XLeap starts where conferencing ends: it structures how groups think and decide together.
Traditional workshops fail in predictable ways: key people are missing because groups must be kept small; participants hold back or sugarcoat what they know; ideas are accepted or rejected based on who shared them; turn-taking slows the group down and people disengage; priorities stay unclear; and alignment remains uncertain because it isn’t measured.
XLeap addresses these failure modes with four success factors:
• Anonymity (optional) enables candor and reduces bias—ideas are judged on merit, not status.
• Simultaneous written contribution replaces turn-taking, so no one has to wait for the floor.
• Fast, accurate ratings establish priorities and make alignment and dissent visible.
• AI can participate when useful (for example ChatGPT or enterprise AI via API), adding expertise or alternative perspectives.
For complex topics, XLeap supports multi-criteria evaluations, heat maps, and structured workspaces that help teams compare options, document results, and move from input to actionable outcomes. Teams use XLeap for high-stakes workshops in change, project, risk, and innovation work—especially when experts and stakeholders are distributed.
