What is Osiris?

Osiris is a cloud-based solution designed to help funeral homes, cemeteries, and crematoriums manage procedures and organize meetings. Key features include resource scheduling, credit card payment processing, work order management, custom form generation, and case notes creation.

The application enables team members to record crematory information, monitor pickup and drop-off times and track job workflows. Using the calendar feature funeral workers can confirm the availability of time slots, arrange family conference,s and track staff schedules for a service. Osiris helps managers track sales, maintain credit card information of clients, and generate financial reports. Osiris lets users generate obituaries and send them via email to clients.

Osiris offers integration with various third-party solutions, such as QuickBooks, Dropbox, DocuSign, and more, helping accountants process payments, print receipts, collect digital signatures, and store financial data within a centralized system. The solution also allows employees to generate descriptions, disclosures, and payment terms while creating custom contracts.

quickbooks is where I did all my bookkeeping. was a little clunky to send the balance invoice via honeybook because there was no way to differentiate products and services, which is why i took off one star.

It's honestly one of the main reasons I recommend Jobber to clients. As an accountant, having invoices, payments, and customer data flow straight into QuickBooks Online means I'm not re-entering everything manually or chasing down missing information
