Payescape is a cloud-based software that helps enterprises manage HR operations, calculate payroll, and track time and attendance on a unified platform. Features include auto-enrolment, document management, resource allocation, reporting, and reminders.
The application enables organizations to customize payment schedules, calculate reimbursements, and file taxes. Employees can use the self-service portal to edit bank details and address, request leaves, and view payslips. Managers can track information about employee’s skills, qualifications, training, certifications, and more. With its HR module, supervisors can approve holidays, record working hours, manage appraisals, and communicate with teams via text message or email.
Payescape also offers integration with various third-party applications including Kashflow, Sage, and Microsoft Navision, allowing users to import and export data in CSV format. Supervisors can view employee's clock-in/out times by capturing data through biometrics, facial recognition, and card swipe. Staff members can also track payroll history and utilize the summary sheets to determine deductions in the current period.
