Peeklogic Salesforce ServiceNow Connector is an enterprise integration platform that provides bidirectional data synchronization between Salesforce and ServiceNow. It facilitates integration of customer relationship management and IT service management by synchronizing incidents, service requests and customer records across both systems. The Connector supports real-time collaboration among sales, support and IT teams and is designed to maintain data consistency across platforms to optimize operational workflows.

It provides two-way synchronization for standard and custom objects within Salesforce and ServiceNow. The solution employs Salesforce Named Credentials to manage secure connectivity and supports both basic authentication and legacy methods in alignment with modern security standards. Multi-table support extends to standard ITSM tables such as incidents, problems and change requests as well as to custom tables in ServiceNow through configurable mapping. Administrators can define synchronization rules to specify objects, fields and update conditions for automatic updates on both platforms when data changes.

The automation framework includes Salesforce-driven processes that create or update ServiceNow records in response to defined triggers. A dedicated Apex action integrates with Salesforce Flow to support automated workflows such as creating an incident in ServiceNow for cases flagged as high priority in Salesforce. Asynchronous processing ensures data transfers do not impact Salesforce performance during synchronization operations. The Lightning Web Component interface displays live ServiceNow data on Salesforce record pages for direct visibility without data duplication. It enables creation of new incidents or linking of existing ServiceNow tickets within the Salesforce environment and supports viewing and addition of work notes, comments and attachments directly to ServiceNow records.

Administrative features include a project settings wizard for selecting ServiceNow tables for outbound synchronization and an in-app support tab for submitting logs and inquiries. AI capabilities integrate with OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini and ChatPDF to deliver summarization of ticket histories, customer interactions and case context as well as suggestions for incident categorization, resolution steps and routing decisions. Intelligent case prioritization and pattern detection automate analysis of recurring issues and accommodate addition of further AI providers on request. The Connector operates as a direct connection without third party data handling, maintains SOC two compliance and supports real-time synchronization for immediate updates. Deployment can be completed in about seven minutes and is supported by comprehensive documentation and integration resources as part of the Peeklogic Connectors Family.
