What is QManager?
QManager is a school dismissal management system for childcare and after school programs which enables parents, staff, and teachers to organize and manage the safe collection of children from school with tools such as electronic sign-in and sign-out, email, push or SMS notifications, reports, and more. The electronic sign-in/sign-out feature allows schools to capture parent signatures conveniently via iPad or smartphone. Staff and teachers can communicate effectively with parents using email or SMS alerts, plus push notifications.
Users can communicate directly to a single parent, a classroom, or to an entire school. QManager also allows staff to see a virtual line up of parents in the driveway at home time. Staff can then dismiss children efficiently in that order. The attendance feature helps schools manage their attendance record for all the school staff and kids. Staff can also generate reports on who picked up children in the last month or last year. QManager is helpful for all types of dismissal procedures at school.
