QXchange overview
What is QXchange?
QXchange is a flexible, easy to use, data integration software. It can quickly and easily transfer data between many standard data formats and applications, including QuickBooks, SalesForce, MS Access, Excel, Comma delimited flat file, MS Dynamics Great Plains GP, MS Dynamics AX, MAS500, Peachtree/Sage 50, ODBC, MS SQL Server, MySQL and others.
It allows simple and clear setup of extraction, transformation and loading instructions to exchange data between different formats. The instructions are stored and managed as profiles. These stored profiles can be invoked and executed by the user or can be scheduled to run in batch mode using Windows scheduler.
Mapping of data can be done by dragging and dropping the tables or columns from the source database to the destination database. Individual field level data can be converted easily to other formats. Mathematical and other functions can be applied to the data before updating. Error logs and process logs are automatically created by QXchange. Users can view the errors, identify the source and fix it.
