This flexibility ensures that only authorized users can access protected documents in a manner that doesn't hamper business processes.
In addition, Seclore EDRM enables security teams to revoke user access controls at any time without a complicated process. The software also delivers real-time visibility into data access attempts and usage details such as IP address, machine name, location, date, and time. This allows organizations to monitor compliance and uncover suspicious activity.
Seclore EDRM also automates both file protection and the application of usage policies from existing DLP, CASB, ECM, and EFSS systems. As a result, sensitive data is secured whenever it is downloaded, discovered, or shared across devices and locations including cloud platforms and external collaborations.
