The software delivers an automated quotation engine that generates instant and error-free price estimates aligned to specific printing technologies and business pricing structures. Users may configure quotation templates, maintain die-cut libraries and reference historical pricing data to inform current estimates. The CRM module offers client management, sales team oversight and automated task assignment to streamline commercial operations. The production management component automates work order creation from approved quotations, analyzes resource allocation and distributes tasks across production departments. Centralized file management stores print-ready artwork, enforces version control, manages access permissions and streamlines approval workflows. KPI monitoring provides real-time reporting on production efficiency, quality metrics, time compliance and cost analysis with configurable alerts to highlight deviations. The system also supports inventory management, supply chain oversight, delivery scheduling, transportation logistics coordination and ISO nine thousand one compliance documentation.

Built on Oracle infrastructure, the platform operates entirely in the cloud and requires only web browser access and standard internet connectivity. Hardware specifications for production environments include Intel i five processors or higher, two hundred forty gigabytes of solid-state storage and eight gigabytes of memory. Quotation workstations require twelve gigabytes of memory for optimal performance. Data export functionality allows information extraction to spreadsheet formats. API connectivity enables integration with third-party enterprise applications. Interface personalization enables businesses to apply corporate logos and color schemes to the software environment.

Technical support is provided through an integrated chat interface with configuration assistance and guidance on best practices.
