Pros

We're a small non-profit and the free version is absolutely perfect for our current needs. Easy integration, clean interface and all essential features we need for basic chat support.
Smartsupp gave me many extra sales. On top of that it's a great way to provide customers with better service.
It is easy to use, UI design is nice. Customized auto-messsage reply is super convenient.

Pros

Their support is amazing and friendly - regardless of you being a paying customer or free user.
The fluency of the widget on the site, the ease of use and integration, everything. The pricing is fair, easy to understand, and the support is great.
HelpCrunch was my choice after a long search, and I am so glad I did. The ease of use is extraordinary, and I am thrilled with the help I have received.

Cons

When there is a chat lost and I do not receive the user's email address to contact him again.
We're looking at closing it down as we now don't have automatic messages when we miss people.
The functionality to send screenshot is missing.

Cons

The upsell pricing is a big problem as the pricing from one to plan to other differs a lot and the main problem is integrations are lacking.
The only negatives I could provide in comparison to Intercom is the lack of Integrations and chat widget marketing options.
It was a little confusing to begin with but after a little bit of practise it became very familiar.
