What is Solo?
Solo is a simple accounting application that makes it easy for self-employed New Zealanders to manage their entire tax journey with accuracy, transparency and confidence.
Businesses can create invoices, track income and expenses, view up-to-date tax calculations and file tax returns with confidence. At any moment have a clear picture of exactly how much income tax, GST and ACC you owe. Solo also includes all the New Zealand tax rules and automatically calculates taxes so you don't need any prior accounting knowledge.
By connecting directly to New Zealand banks and the IRD, you can easily maximise your tax deductions and track a wide range of income types – such as self-employed income, salary and wages, schedular payments, bank interest and rental income.
