It enables organizations to record details of various processes including product procurement, receiving, maintenance, obsolescence, disposal, and more in an asset register.
Accountants can utilize the integrated financial engine to calculate depreciation using multiple formulae and record underlying transactions. xAssets Fixed Asset Management allows employees to track total cost of ownership (TCO) of assets, create journals for asset purchase or transfers, and define posting rules for business transactions. The application also lets administrators configure dashboards, queries, forms, reports, and workflows based on customer requirements and add new functions, additional data fields, and tables to the data model. It can either be deployed on-premise or hosted in the cloud.
xAssets Fixed Asset Management offers an API, which lets businesses integrate the system with various accounting, procurement, human resources, IT, and patch management systems, service desks, and other databases. Other features include amortization, reporting, document management, custom workflows, notifications, contract management, data import, and more.
