What is Yamdu?
With functions for planning, sharing, and communication, Yamdu is a visual scheduling device and creative planning system. Yamdu allows users to plan and organize events, define workflow processes, and share or collaborate with others to gather insight or equal input. It does this while also updating what each user is doing or working on in real-time. It serves as a centralized online hub for all the team members to congregate or collaborate on projects, ensuring that no members are kept out of the loop.
Yamdu allows users to plan out sessions, appointments, callbacks, etc. It then compiles usable information and prepares it for exporting or printing as call sheets, schedule planners, inventory reports, and more. Users can visually see which tasks team members have completed and which are still pending. The fruits of each team member's laboring can be uploaded and hosted for use by other members involved in the team.
