Users may initiate document workflows by selecting options from a structured menu or by sending voice notes that describe job details in natural language. The voice recognition system accommodates diverse UK accents and functions in noisy work environments. After reviewing a preview card, the platform generates a branded PDF document and delivers it to the customer via WhatsApp. Tax records update automatically and payment reminders are scheduled without user intervention.

The integrated payment gateway adds a Pay Now feature to each invoice, enabling card payment completion in less than one minute with funds settling to the tradesperson’s account in two working days. Customers may alternatively choose bank transfer without transaction fees, though payments may require seven to thirty days to settle according to platform analysis. These options offer a balance between rapid settlement and cost efficiency.

TaskDrop relies on Stripe for payment processing and the WhatsApp Business platform for messaging functionality and does not support additional third party integrations. Data transmissions and storage employ AES-256 encryption and comply with GDPR requirements. The system aligns with Making Tax Digital standards and is registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office under registration number ZC122710. Account setup requires no payment details and does not impose a subscription commitment.
