CareDay is cloud-based childcare management software centered on a living child schedule. The platform connects enrollment, future room and program transitions, capacity, billing, and projected revenue so operators can act on openings rather than simply forecast them.

Administrators can schedule each child from their start date through future transitions, identify capacity before it becomes available, reserve openings for expecting or waitlisted families, and expose eligible unused part-time days for parent booking. Schedule-based billing calculates tuition from the child’s current schedule, reducing the need to maintain a separate billing contract as schedules change.

Additional capabilities include attendance and check-in/out, invoicing and payment processing, parent communication, staff and records management, reporting, role-based permissions, mobile access, and multi-location oversight. CareDay supports Android, iPhone, and iPad access and offers an Open API. Staff can sign in with existing organizational Google or Microsoft accounts, reducing passwords to manage while allowing the company’s identity-provider security and password policies to remain in effect.
