Pros

We really like the automatic invoicing and the ability to connect with other products like Stripe and Quickbooks. The ability to create custom forms has also helped us onboard students more quickly.
What I liked most about him, is the great capacity of accessories distract you, it is easy to use and simple I recommend it.
The add-ons are fantastic and very useful. The support is great, and the developers are constantly at work - it's amazing to see how the features keep improving.

Pros

They even developed a video conference integration themselves to resolve the program I have with other integrations. Best part it, its free of charge (I hope it stay this way).
Very responsive and helpful team, provides prompt response to your questions. Great functionalities compared to other LMS systems out there for managing a tutoring service.
The software is great but even better than that is the customer service provided by reps. They are always extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Cons

Instead, we were left to fend for ourselves because of the lack of intuitiveness of the system.
I dread the thought of having to run the business without it.
Two main issues - The biggest is the online booking featurs for clients. It is difficult to set up and customize.

Cons

The customer pipelines are pretty terrible and it is annoying that I have to also pay for a pipedrive subscription in addition to Tutorcruncher. The analytics could also go into a little more depth.
There are a few things that we have found confusing. Firstly, we have encountered this issue that sometimes not all the emails are sent out to our students.
This was the missing piece in the jigsaw of our business.
