General happiness in having this product. I recommend it to some friends because of the need to have something like this in the business world.
This company seems to forget that the client is the customer. Phone calls, emails are responded to with what we perceive as aggression and a feeling that we have been an annoyance.
I am very happy with the support as we are learning how to use the software and making changes to fit our needs. My requests are answered promptly and the Help Chatline is great.
Most recently we have encountered issues with customers being charged multiple times because a 'patch' had not been installed correctly to stop multiple transactions from occuring.
We have multiple programs and enter point to our organization and it is great to see how individuals are interacting with our organization and easy to track.
It's not always the most forgiving in fixing mistakes of human error.
The product is very fun to use, it has many options.
The customer service experience when a problem comes up.
ACC and their support team was our best option. We trust ACC's level of support and responsiveness to our center's needs.
The best investment for our nonprofit arts organization.

SwimBiz has been fantastic right from the start, I particularly like the instant and incredibly friendly support you get on the phone.
Especially as it was inaccurate due to our own delay in correcting current customers. Problems with using own email due to gmail not recognising swimbiz as a safe app.
Excellent customer service and telephone and online support, a good piece of software that has now become almost invaluable to my business.
How to delete customer that are no longer with the swim school.
There are so many features and always improving. Gives a nice professional touch to communications with customers.
It has helped to keep a structure around our growing business but glitches have been frustrating at times.
Customer service/support is brilliant there is always someone that will promptly reply to email queries or arrange a call back to go through any issues.
It also takes a long time to move students from one class to another it has to be done one at a time in quite a few steps so sometimes tricky during rebooking when there are a lot of changes.

Dave and Paysubsonline have been wonderful in setting up our complicated system for our Club and every penny is accounted for.
It is difficult to train others. It’s costly as compared to the features.
Very easy to get started and the ongoing technical support/troubleshooting has been excellent. Hugely reduced the time required to collect subs and circulate group emails.
Our dance school has now gone into liquidation. I believe some of this is down to the problems we had with paysubs.
The ability to put out email messages to the membership is also an asset. We now only use the online system for accepting new members and only a very small minority have a problem signing up.
I complained and they denied they said it. We were so far in and had promised our customers we were moving to a new better system so decided to continue.
We'relooking forward to a long and successful association and would recommend Pay Subs Online to any sports club. Paul Hand Chairman Rushmoor Saints Football Club.
The person who was assigned to help had terrible communication skills.
The software has helped our facility manage memberships, events, and payments thoroughly and efficiently. I especially appreciate the flexibility in customizing almost every feature to fit our needs.
Sometimes writing whole paragraphs without a single punctuation mark. Making it very difficult for us to understand what on earth she was saying.
Easy to use and track membership. Help and support received from Loveadmin is quick and efficient.
It took up a lot of our time for several months meaning we lost focus on other more important things.

I can’t import all the spreadsheets I have to the platform as mine are such a mess. At least this give me the chance to start afresh with the client data.

The appearance and functionality are outstanding. Xplor staff are very responsive to any issues we have had and they take the time to make you feel like more than just another business account.
Examples include unable to uncancel an event, unable to book a program to occur twice in one day, refunds with multiple cancelled days take a lot of work.
From the system to customer service it is great. I am also a HUGE fan of our account Manager [sensitive content hidden] who has helped us a lot.
Unfortunately there can be problems with reporting and flexibility. It is also challenging to keep up with changes and testing those changes.
Experience has been great, from implementation and support to staff and client experience. Overall it has been very well received and the user friendly interface has made for a smooth transition.
Since the customer cannot submit requests for recurring rentals within the same request, it makes it very difficult for our staff to complete large contracts.

Many features are not integrated well with each other making reporting difficult, even when using custom reports.
The staff has been absolutely amazing to work with and I could not be happier with our experience working with [sensitive content hidden.

I have recommended this system to every organization I have worked for (past and present) and strongly encourage anyone interested in growing their enrollment and revenue to join the ASAP team.
The reservations module is terrible. I have no way to book certain spaces for my instructors and have it reflect on the master calendar.
We are so very happy with the results from our new ASAP childcare program. From the start, our training associate Shelley Mossman has been a fabulous instructor.
The front end of ASAP (what the client / customer sees) is really terrible. We used it for 6 years before switching.
Complete reports that enable fine grained digging. Outstanding customer service, very friendly support team.
Some problems with our site wrap not following through all navigation instances. Browser compatibility through all browser types has also been a minor issue.
Customers have ease signing up for classes. The ability to attach images is a feature I recommend anyone use to sell their classes.
When COVID-19 forced us to cancel ALL of our programming, including all classes, community partnerships, and our major fundraising gala, ASAP did not make any reduction in our monthly bill.
Joel and Travis are very approachable and willing to help in any way they can. I for one am very satisfied.
It was only a poor work-around. I paid way too much to have to still do so much work.

Prior to switching to ASAP our organization used a clunky old Access database that forever had problems.
Though switching to ASAP had a bit of learning curve from that, it has been amazingly helpful overall. I love that we can track credits, attendance, class completions, etc. all from one spot.
We were also told that any additional reports we wanted to build would cost a lot of money, so we've been stuck with the default reports. Our new software has custom report building built in.
The user interface on the back end is relatively easy to navigate, once you've gotten used to it.
Instructors or admin staff can leave notes in the student's account so we know why something was done outside normal policy/why someone didn't complete a class/etc.

We are so very happy with the results from our new ASAP childcare program. From the start, our training associate Shelley Mossman has been a fabulous instructor.
The front end of ASAP (what the client / customer sees) is really terrible. We used it for 6 years before switching.
Complete reports that enable fine grained digging. Outstanding customer service, very friendly support team.
Some problems with our site wrap not following through all navigation instances. Browser compatibility through all browser types has also been a minor issue.
Customers have ease signing up for classes. The ability to attach images is a feature I recommend anyone use to sell their classes.
When COVID-19 forced us to cancel ALL of our programming, including all classes, community partnerships, and our major fundraising gala, ASAP did not make any reduction in our monthly bill.
Joel and Travis are very approachable and willing to help in any way they can. I for one am very satisfied.
It was only a poor work-around. I paid way too much to have to still do so much work.
Great Enrollment System for Vocational Schools.
Prior to switching to ASAP our organization used a clunky old Access database that forever had problems.
Though switching to ASAP had a bit of learning curve from that, it has been amazingly helpful overall. I love that we can track credits, attendance, class completions, etc. all from one spot.
We were also told that any additional reports we wanted to build would cost a lot of money, so we've been stuck with the default reports. Our new software has custom report building built in.
The user interface on the back end is relatively easy to navigate, once you've gotten used to it.
Instructors or admin staff can leave notes in the student's account so we know why something was done outside normal policy/why someone didn't complete a class/etc.
