Cypherdog Encryption (CE) provides the ability to encrypt and decrypt e-mails with attachments with confirmation of the identity of the parties to the communication. But e-mail that's not all: you can encrypt any file and any text and send it by any medium including WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox etc.
What's the difference:
- We use asymmetric encryption, not just symmetric encryption. This means that only the owner of the public key can decrypt the file or message,
- We protect the user's private key. It is always only on the user's device (or on the company's server in the Business version),
- We have implemented methods to confirm the identity of the communication parties,
- There is no "trusted" third party, including CA, email provider, telco or Cypherdog,
- Zero-knowledge encryption (we don't know what you are encrypting),
- We do not collect any metadata
