What is Verint Speech Analytics?

Verint® Speech Analytics™ is a cloud-based software designed to help businesses transcribe and analyze calls to gain customer insights in real-time. The platform allows organizations to measure customer satisfaction levels, calculate customer churn rates, analyze agents’ performance, and run marketing campaigns.

It enables employees to automatically discover and analyze words, phrases, and themes during calls to identify trends and opportunities. Agents can use the application to reduce churn by resolving customers’ queries and identifying customers at risk of leaving through contact center recordings. It lets administrators generate custom reports, automate workflows, and analyze customer feedback received via SMS, interactive voice response (IVR) systems, or online surveys. Verint Speech Analytics also allows managers to provide targeted coaching and analyze the performance of agents.

Verint Speech Analytics facilitates integration with various third-party customer relationship management (CRM) and unified communication systems via APIs.
