The platform allows teams to automatically backup existing data and protect sensitive information in compliance with AES 256-bit encryption standards. ACH Universal enables managers to automate importing, automated clearing house (ACH) file creation, and transmission processes. Operators can email vendors and customers regarding pay stubs and remittance information via Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, and other servers.
ACH Universal lets stakeholders securely transfer files in accordance with secure shell file transfer protocol (SSH-FTP). Supervisors can also configure access control permissions for front-end users and monitor transmission logs on a centralized dashboard.
