What is BeOne?
BeOne is a cloud-based transportation management solution which helps businesses in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, and other sectors track order pickups and deliveries, generate electronic invoices, store digital documents, create payment requests, and identify optimal routes. Features include cross docking, POD (proof of delivery), radio-frequency identification (RFID), electronic data interchange (EDI), geo-localization, and more.
BeOne provides a warehouse management system module, which allows members to monitor inventory levels using barcode scanners and automatic identification and data capture systems (AIDC), manage supplier orders using EDI mode, and handle goods transfer with RF terminals. Freight forwarders can use the centralized web portal to track the status and cost of shipments and print transportation documents, such as waybills and delivery notes.
Businesses can utilize the collaboration module to assign and create shipments, summarize team performance, receive notifications regarding spot offers, and communicate with commissioners in real-time. The solution also ensures data protection and security for shippers through cloud-based data storage and periodic back-ups in low alluvial and seismic risk data centers.
