Pros

I love that it's so user friendly and the customer service is great. I love that they are always contacting us about new ideas to integrate into the program and they have implemented them.
Our office LOVES Canopy!!! We love how user friendly it is and they have great customer service.
Help with Tax Resolution!!!! I love being able to send client request. Completing forms within the system is very helpful.

Pros

Our experience has been fantastic as the clients and team members enjoy the ease of use and how the format is consistent year over year.
It is a very good software that provides an ease between the client and the business. I would recommend to other organization as it opens the line of communication.
Our clients love it as well as it makes it easier to upload support. The numbering system along with the scroll-able items at the top is a great feature as well.

Cons

After a lot of $, we have been so frustrated we haven't even gotten off the ground. The support is terrible and there is very amateurish implementation planning.
Honestly, customer support is the lowest on my list with this software. It's difficult to get answers and then when I get someone, they tell me no one has every reported that before.
Customer Service is Terribly - This Company is too new to meet deadlines.

Cons

Example: I am having problems with XYZ feature. Support response: I'm sorry you are having a problem with XYZ feature.
Some of the features lack logic. Should be able to drag and drop requests or easily move around.
Client's inability (or apparently inability) to create lines themselves when they want to upload additional documents.
