The platform lets administrators track previous bills and analyze organizational expenditures to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Chrome River INVOICE offers optical character recognition (OCR) functionality, which automatically extracts vendor information and PO numbers from scanned invoices to eliminate manual data entry processes. The system also allows teams to create, route, and approve purchase requisitions and execute a three-way matching process between purchase orders, supplier invoices, and goods receipts.
Chrome River INVOICE enables professionals to approve invoices directly from emails and receive real-time notifications on invoice status updates. It also lets employees create and access bills from a centralized invoice database, even from remote locations.
