What is Deliveo?
Deliveo is a cloud-based delivery management software for courier and parcel services, home delivery companies, or freight forwarding companies. The software aims to provide an efficient system to manage the entire delivery workflow in one place.
The dispatcher interface offers multiple number of users with a complete overview of the delivery process. Customers can track shipments, while customer service workload is reduced by enabling self-service options. The Deliveo courier app for Android and iOS enables couriers to pick up, deliver and scan parcels, take photos, plan optimal routes and provide proof of delivery. Real-time courier tracking allows dispatchers to view courier locations and status.
Deliveo integrates with eCommerce platforms, supports connecting with other delivery systems, and offers custom integration development. Other features include automated pricing, driver scheduling, customer notifications, statistics, multi-currency support, SMS and email notifications, COD management with financial settlement, route optimization, food delivery options and more.
