Digital Permit Book is DOT compliance and document management software, used by 500+ fleets of 5 to 1,000+ trucks.

Keep every driver, vehicle, trailer and company document in one place, with expiry dates tracked for you. That includes driver qualification files, MVR, Clearinghouse and drug testing records, permits, registrations, insurance and inspection reports.

Run as many divisions as you need in a single account. Each division has its own USDOT number. Assign a document to one driver, vehicle or trailer, to a group, to the whole company, or to one or all USDOT numbers, and create your own custom document types.

Choose who is notified. Drivers and admins get standard alerts 30, 15 and 7 days before a document expires, and each person can add their own alerts 15, 30, 45 or 60 days ahead.

At a roadside inspection, the driver opens DOT mode and shows only the documents your admin marked as DOT documents. Expiring and expired documents are marked by shape as well as color (circle and square), so status is easy to read.

The Driver App keeps drivers and the office in the same system. Digital Permit Book works with Samsara, Motive, Geotab, Isaac and Platform Science.

Pricing is per driver: Owner-Operator $20/month for 1 driver, Fleet $50/month for 2 to 99 drivers (10 included, $5 for each additional driver), and Enterprise custom pricing for 100+ drivers.
