Pros

Brilliant automation and integration between accounting software and Ezycollect.
Ezycollect is so user friendly and the team behind the scenes are there to help always.
Its a great way to stay in contact with your clients and all the history and everything is at your fingertips.

Pros

Very happy from the start. Helpful onboarding team, easy to implement and very happy with the results, reducing our debtor days from 60 to approx 24 in a matter of months.
Fantastic programme with great customer support. The team at Chaser are always ready to listen to suggestions or improvements too.
Overall the system is super easy to use and allows me to save over 15 hours of manual chasing a week.

Cons

My consulting business was tied up and held ransom by more slow paying customers than I could handle. I personally hate begging for customers to pay me once I have done the work.
For me, there has been no serious oversight in the product design.
Day 1 Ezycollect plugged in. Total debt 180k, 30-60 days over due = 80k.

Cons

Clients may email the 'chaser' email about non chase related queries, which can be frustrating at times.
Many folks on my team are familiar with that process and it is a pain to re-train them, but that is not a huge problem.
The only downside is clients email me to respond and the email address is the chaser one which confuses them.
