What is InformerOnline?
Informer Online is a modular accounting platform for SMEs and the self-employed. It contains all standard accounting functions, including time or journey logs and VAT declarations. An app is available for iOS and Android, and an accountant or advisor can log in for free.
Online invoices can be created in-house, and PEPPOL registration for sending e-invoices is included in the package for free. Receipts and invoices can be uploaded using the Scan-and-Recognize function. It is also possible to import photos via Whatsapp. When using robot processing, once the information has been read and recognized, the user can immediately choose the account where costs should be booked.
A direct bank link with most banks is a standard feature of the package. If the desired bank is not listed, the link can be secured via Ponto for a small extra fee. Other services and modules, such as Online Incasso or the Collect Robot for delivering e-invoices in UBL format, are available for a small fee. The program offers default links to webshops, payment service providers, and ICP declarations for tax authorities. An API is available for linking with other applications.
The software allows organizations to automate a host of bookkeeping operations. Receipts and invoices are readable using OCR via the mobile applications and the documents are processed automatically. The robotic accounting functions are included as a standard, as is PEPPOL registration for sending e-invoices.
Standard features include links to webshops, payment service providers, banks, tax authorities (VAT declaration), and reporting software. An API is available for the integration of other applications.
