my company I work for uses this system for all of our payroll needs. I know the the accountant emails us our paychecks and we have a privacy setting so we cant get hacked into which is really nice,

I dont like that our payroll information is online and open for anybody to see regardless of this "hackfree sytsem."

You can import data from many accounting programs including Quickbooks. It has a great 'help' feature.

It's expensive. If you have questions, you'll wait on hold for quite some time. It's not as user-friendly as other tax prep software.

It's easy, it keeps track of everything for you, great record keeping and easy access to them! Am a faithful customer

Slow loading maybe, if I have to come up with something. Probably just for to poor networking though.

The software is easy to use, most of the forms you need can be seen in the main menus or you can search for it .

ProSeries has all of the functions that you would expect from professional tax software. The client organizers are well done and information seems to flow from the prior year to the current year well.

I found ProSeries to be harder to navigate than the some of its competitor's programs. It was also nearly impossible to get someone on the phone for assistance.

Easy to use and can type directly on the form so you can see what the final product will look like.

Cost and doesn't have basic forms. I was missing many state tax forms that I feel for over $5,000 the program should have.

I've used a number of Intuit products and the good thing about it is the fact that they do a good job integrating their various software. This reduces the need to constantly transfer data, which saves time!

The biggest issue is the pricing. Intuit has a wide ranging spectrum of software. It would be MUCH better if things weren't so fragmented. For example if I'm using QuickBooks for payroll and and using Intuit Pro Series, I find myself paying for two different softwares. Good features but not so economical.

preparing my employees 1040's have never been easier. Intuit pro actually walks you through the steps needed to get the job done your fist time using Pro.

Learning the keyboard shortcuts was a pain but really helps out in the long run. Once you get them down you can fly through your work.

Familiarity of the interface and easy to use tools and integration with our existing quickbooks setup made the entire process far more pleasurable and stress free. Also, the most useful aspect so far (out of many!) is the client missing data tool. We've had issues in the past so it was a welcome addition to our workset.

So far, none as we have used Intuit before, and as for price, we are currently only starting with the trial version so that has not been an issue.

able to import fixed asset management and information from many financial institutions. The 'where do I enter' feature is very helpful for a novice and I love that next year my clients can get a short reasonable check list pertaining to THEIR tax situation.

I have had trouble getting any support. I think that eventually this will work itself out. Some of the screens are not intuitive.

Been using it for 5 years and the ease of finding things and rolling over information year over year is great.

Sometimes, it may be hard to find helpful information, but I've learned that you need to be precise with the words so information comes up.

It is easy to use and easy to enter information. I would recommend this.

Unable to delete transactions that were done by mistake and hard to find answers on software to help or guide you.

The tax filing process is very simplified and easy to enter as it creates sub-statements for entering all details. The user interface is pleasing to the eye and feels very welcoming.

They can improve upon the speed of connection with CRA servers to upload the tax slips. By decreasing the price, they can compete easily with other offerings in the market.

A product that allowed me to business from my home to help others to do their taxes and save money, there is nothing like it

Great customer service. Easy to use. Awesome flow and interview mode makes it easy for new preparers.

Customer Service isn't 24/7 like Drake and doesn't participate with refund advances this year through any bank products.

It's old technology, less customizable than the 11-year-old V.5, the need to buy a 3rd license for back office. The inability to remote access back office.

The ability to do my taxes myself instead of hiring a professional. I feel confident it maximizes my deductions.

This is more a function of the tax code, but it takes awhile to answer all the questions and some of the questions do not seem to logically fit the section they are under.

It's simple to use and works for anyone, you can he a novice PC user and will navigate with ease throughout.
