I think the software is very user friendly and simple to change from one software to another. The customer service has been great!! They will sit on the phone with you until the problem is fixed!!
Learning the keyboard shortcuts was a pain but really helps out in the long run. Once you get them down you can fly through your work.

Intuit sells an over-the-counter "watered-down" version of ProSeries to laymen, which is in direct completion to CPAs

The program is relatively affordable, provides excellent customer support and features smooth functionality.
Some of the processes necessary to use were not the most intuitive, no pun intended. Could use a more informative interface.

Getting full functionality takes some follow up. I like the bank integration feature. it helps me stay up to date on issues that are easy to ignore.
Customer service is thorough-although takes some time.
IRS and State agencies connections were a problem.
