Even in normal Client support of IRS Notices, it makes my life a whole lot easier pulling transcripts, building letters from templates, and addressing my client issues.

I wish I could add "lite" licenses that just allowed my colleagues who only need basic transcripts and letter templates as opposed to forms and financial analysis for full tax resolution work.

I like the fact that it is fast!   When I need to download a transcript, depending in the IRS of course, I can retrieve it often within 30 seconds and go over it with a client.  

Things I like are all the IRS features already included that make my job easier from all the calculations already done based on the IRM, prebuilt forms, and much.

The emails and notifications within IRS Solutions make it very easy to address issues and accesss client information.

I am not sure about this, I can be picky and sometimes I need to realized that user error or failing to read instructions can be the source of angst.

customer support is bad - you can only chat with someone - and most things are escalated to the next level of support but it can take several days days/weeks to get things resoved.

I was attracted to Taxdome's features like anyone else would be when looking at it from almost two years ago.   Once I was a customer of theirs though and could see the effort they put into answering their customers on Facebook and communicating when something is broken, getting community feedback and votes to decide the next project, and using open community testers for new features.

Limited and rigid payment options

Neither Stripe nor CPA Charge is a good payment processor solution, there's pros to each and I can't mix/match between them for credit/bank transactions as I'd want to use one for each.

The are a few options that can get confusing, and there's only the option to use stripe, but I use QB payments and can't integrate it with the software.
