Neither Stripe nor CPA Charge is a good payment processor solution, there's pros to each and I can't mix/match between them for credit/bank transactions as I'd want to use one for each.

The are a few options that can get confusing, and there's only the option to use stripe, but I use QB payments and can't integrate it with the software.

My firm used to use Sharefile to transmit documents securely to and from clients, and now TaxDome has pretty much replaced Sharefile for us, however, I wish it had the ability to work in a similar way to Sharefile for non-clients because currently we are still haven't to keep Sharefile for people like financial advisors and others who aren't clients so therefore they don't have a good way to securely send us documents through TaxDome.

My last example is that when I am uploading a POA, I have to upload it to the "Tax Return" Documents folder, to allow them the opportunity to sign it, which is strange because many people would consider that to have been mis-filed.

The left-hand side bar navigation doesn't feel very organized to me, the TaxDome drive doesn't integrate with Mac, there is no way to make a folder private from all other users in the firm, it only integrates with 2 credit card processors, so I had to switch away from the processor I really like.

I have been a TaxDome user for nearly 4 years now, and I can say this is the one application that has made my life easier for me to stay organized, improve efficiency, track time, improve my workflow, communicate with clients and even has provided a significantly improved client experience for those working with me.

They initially allowed us to set up either a 15 minute or 45 minute 1-on-1 phone call with a customer support person to go over various questions/issues/ideas that we had, and now it all has to go via email or chat which are NOT as efficient in my opinion.

Client access - if a client accesses a signature request link on a shared computer that is already logged on as a different client (spouses) unless they log out, the spouses' signature prompts will be used and they get confused as to why they can't sign.

I use TaxDome for everything in my firm - onboarding, offboarding, tracking leads, and even my administrative tasks.

The biggest downside is the learning curve, especially for new users. With so many features available, it can take time to fully understand how to set everything up correctly.
