The dashboard gives me a clear view of all our accounts, and uploading receipts is quick and convenient. While there’s a bit of a learning curve with searching for past receipts, the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks.

If you are dealing with multiple related entities (subsidiaries, companies, etc.) and you want financials to be specific to that entity you will most likely need to use separate company files.
