What is Lookback?
Lookback is a user experience (UX) research platform designed to help businesses engage with participants via screen sharing and interviews across multiple devices. Using a centralized dashboard, supervisors can access recorded sessions and create highlights for team members to gain insights into usability trends, habits, and onboarding challenges.
Lookback's player allows organizations to review insights, tag team members, adjust video playback speed and add timestamped comments to recorded sessions. Administrators can configure access permissions across specific projects and share custom introductions, instructions, and closing messages with participants. Managers can utilize the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)-compliant platform to ask questions during interviews and invite stakeholders and colleagues to observe live sessions and take notes.
Lookback enables administrators to broadcast sessions and pause or resume recordings according to requirements. Other features include Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)-based single sign-on (SSO), data export, and @mentions.
