What I like about this software is that it is quick and easy to get payments.

I hate how I have to resize the format every week to fit my page for printing out my report and then change it back to normal. I didn't have to do this until the last 6 months.

What i like most about this product is that they send notifications to retrieve payments, click on the link provided, Easy. Lists the account name, payment # and amount, and invoices being paid.

Constantly changing my password, Sometimes missing the e-mail that funds have been received, and have unwarranted past due notices sent.

I don't like having to call to verify companies.

Entirely negative. I reached out to the enrollment team for help setting up payments for an important Enterprise client. All that was needed a straightforward enrollment link & code so that our team could set up a payment process to accept ACH transfers. This should have been a simple request.

It's taken 14 days so far and repeated calls and emails to the vendor advocate team and member services team to ask for the enrollment link (which only their team can provide) and I *still* don't have it. 

There doesn't appear to be a path forward as I simply can not get anyone on the Paymode team to respond to my requests.
