What is PAYONE?
PAYONE is a payment provider that offers German and Austrian customers payment solutions for e-commerce, brick-and-mortar retail, and cross-channel shopping. It enables payment with nationally and internationally relevant payment methods, including debit cards, credit cards, SEPA direct debits, transfers, and contactless payments.
With e-commerce, payments are automatically checked in real time via integrated risk management, and controlled according to address data and creditworthiness. It is also possible to have recurring subscriptions and payments processed automatically according to individually defined parameters. The one-click checkout ensures a smooth purchase process.
Security is a key feature of PAYONE’s in-store payment solutions, which is why all card readers are both TSE and GoBD-compliant. Electronic trader receipts are automatically generated by ONE eDocs and stored in an archive, where they can be called up when required. Another key function is ONE Tip for instantly booking tips using card payments. PAYONE users can turn their registers into ATMs so customers can also withdraw cash when settling bills. Both mobile and fixed terminals are available.
