One of my favorite features is Qualia Connect, which, through automated messages to buyers, sellers, and agents, collects the information needed for upcoming closings.

The layout and scheduled tasks make work easy to input new orders and track tasks, close and disburse.

To pick something I don't like is, if one check is wrong when printing all disbursements at once, If I chose no at the first prompt and void, the entire batch is voided.

I find the system intuitive and easy to learn, with Qualia Connect being particularly helpful for gathering information from buyers, sellers, and agents.

Having all the info in the system so you can share you file with co-workers etc.

Qualia has been a great tool for streamlining our closing and title operations.

You are able to manuever your way through a file pretty easily even if you are unsure or a new user to the site.

There are issues sometimes with the accounting portion.  

I love the fact that the company and the staff are forward thinkers and always trying to make the title industry quicker and efficient!

They are real open to learning from the people who are doing title work on a daily basis.

You do not have support even if you are at closing.

Sometimes qualia isn’t great at being phone friendly. When looking at a document I would try to zoom in or out and it would restart and load the page every time.

Offensive language, clients complain, the word “now” particularly.

Support folks are incredibly helpful, and the most recent update allowing users to customize their order dashboards has been extremely helpful for everyone in all departments for at-a-glance reporting and decision making.

As a new user of Qualia, I have found that I enjoyed its ease of use and how quickly I have been able to learn how to use it.

Only thing to complain about is that it takes a long time waiting for checks to print from files.

Every now and then there are little annoying bugs, or upload times seem to go on forever until you come back later and try again.

Integrations with title companies, shipping providers, and more drastically save time from not having to switch from website to website, login to login.

The software alone can do the job multiple people did manually at my old firm, especially if titlework is ordered through Qualia's marketplace.

The only thing I wish qualia could do is order MLC's through the software for municipalities that allow online ordering.

Qualia fails to address the most simplest entries, all services are charged separately, all services are very expensive, I do regret obtaining this software.

The only dislike I have about Form Simplicity is the new update they installed.   When it comes to assigning a signature icon on a document, I can't tell where the signature will end up once the client clicks to sign.
