Very easy to integrate our data sources like Segment, and simple to get attributes and events. Perfect for running onboarding campaign or lead nurturing campaign.
The lack of a WYSIWYG editor for my marketing counterparts (tho I hear rumors this is coming) and event-based filters in my workflows.
An excellent tool for Automated Marketing campaigns and the product and support teams are extremely helpful.
The data functions and the somehow difficult interface of campaigns and flow-building.
We use it daily to reach our audience and drive engagment. It's been an important piece of software tied to our growth.
There are not many customization options. It is also limited to users that has large customer bases.
On top of it all, I love the price. Great value for the money.

The UI/UX is very smooth and clean, and customer service is spectacular. As someone who has used many ESPs, it's very important to me that I can work smoothly without interruptions.
I really like the email template in here, especially for the newsletter. The template is easy to edit and reorganized and can be reused again.
The software integrated with our business easily and we were able to transition and begin using it immediately. Being able to segment users effectively is unmatched by other software.
The automations are the best part of the software. We can easily create any type of campaign and manipulate it for our needs.
Customer.io is one of my favorite tools at work, so easy to use that I don't even have to teach new people on my team on how to use it, they just do.
With enough money, Customer. IO is a good subscription to have.

Overall, Pipedrive has been an awesome tool. It helps stay focused on the most important stuff.
My biggest issue was during the implementation process. We quickly found their programming to be inferior to SalesForce and decided to cut our losses to spend a little more on them.
The quote management function is the best part of this, reminding you of outstanding quotes and previous approved deals.
BUT when we saw that they charged us again for a full year we asked to cancel the service and they refuse to refund us for the unused year because they already charged it.
Pipedrive is now the most preferred sales management tool for our portfolio companies, and it is perfect not to mention the beauty of its interface.
The customer service and the overall functionality of this product is terrible.
I love that Pipedrive has chosen to open up these integrations to all users on their platform. This is huge win for small business owners looking to grow with them.
It's too bad that we couldn't use pipedrive as a CMS in the same time, while other CRMs offered a CMS implementations as well as SEO features. Reporting cost is a bit expensive (200$ per month).
They have some great videos to help with anything that might come up and I am very happy with their customer support. They usually get back to me within a few hours at the latest.

The Account Based Attribution tool we were missing.
I'm really happy with Dreamdata. The team there worked closely with us to setup the integrations and make sure our data was looking good and correct.
Dreamdata is a very solid product with only a few minor weaknesses that do not hinder its usability in any way.
The engineering team is fast in shipping new features and the product is constantly improving. It's definitely one of the best tools to consider for revenue attribution.
Packed with features that lead to cognitive overload.
It has helped me better understand my account-based journey, identify my target audiences, and measure my ABM ROI. On top of that, Dreamdata is easy to use and requires minimal setup.

This is the best website/app when making reservations. It is seamless and super easy to see what your options are when looking at places to go.
Difficult at first to locate the specefic restaurant I was looking for. Unable to change reservation from site, can only cancel.
The app is user friendly and intuitive, it keeps track of your reservations and is much more secure and hassle free than calling the restaurant and hoping they pick up the phone.
My only problem with OpenTable is the cuisine categories aren't always accurate which can make it slightly difficult to find what you're looking for when you're in the mood for something specific.
I like the design of the app and the user friendly it has become they did some great improvements.
There is nothing that I have encountered as of yet that makes me dislike this app.
Open Table was a useful program that helped me to make reservations at my favorite restaurants. It was easy to make the reservations and I liked the alerts when the table was ready.
A few miscommunication errors at times between restaurants and open table.
I love using OpenTable because the reviews allow me to find great restaurants in my area and I love how it automatically updates my calendar when I make a reservation.
The ease and organization of reservations is impeccable and there are so many brilliant features like adding notes to clients and their bookings so you can easily remember birthdays/anniversaries etc.
OpenTable is wonderful, not only do they have fast and professional customer service, they're also improving the software everyday.
I have enjoyed the recent upgrades, it makes the website more user friendly and less complicated. I particularly enjoy the feature that allows me to make a reservation depending on my party size.

Overall experience with Omnisend is very positive. It's a great product for a fair price and does what you need very well.
I find it frustrating that the product picker is just not working, you have to physically copy and paste product description photo and information and paste.
Great email marketing software which allows your marketing team to create amazing newsletters. The great advantage is that you can easily automate some tasks as welcome emails, abandoned cart, etc.
Not all my emails go to my customers and they complaint that our email goes to junk and before this would not happen.
Our overall experience is super positive and we've recommended it multiple times to other businesses.
Setting up Omnisend can be a little difficult, especially if this is your first time with email marketing.
I like how the software is integrated within my eCommerce store, ease of use and the ability to save templates.
This billing issue has really soured my feeling about this company. The monthly price that they show on their account page is wrong.
