Customer support is difficult  - it is hard to get a live person on the phone and they do not always address obvious SW issues.

The dashboard gives me a clear view of all our accounts, and uploading receipts is quick and convenient. While there’s a bit of a learning curve with searching for past receipts, the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks.

The Bin Location Tracking is one of the best features giving the ability to know exactly which shelf an item is on drastically cuts down picking time.
