Transitioning from the “light” version of the software was smooth and straightforward. Since I process loans for multiple companies, I really appreciate how easy it is to switch between them without any hassle.

No logical way to track critical dates. If a customer wants a payment to be held or a different amount taken, the program will only work if the payment dates and amounts are changed for all future payments.

The way to view certain reports and some transitional issues is my only complaint.

Loans can be processed, very secured in terms of data breeching.

Some features can take a little time to learn at first, especially if you’re new to loan servicing software.

The only part is customization which is required most of the time.

Also, the time on the reports is different as our central time, maybe there is a way of changing it.

It's easy to find accounts based on the search bar provided, and that we can create templates for data entry which make it quicker and more efficient to input.

No matter where I am, my customers always get the information they need, exactly when they need it.

The integration of historic data was a nightmare, and I found it easier to manually enter the historic than use their tools.

My only complaint would be that things get updated often but we aren't notified when things are updated and how the new updates work.

I been with mortgage office for close to 8 years and have been very satisfied with the product and their customer service.

What I liked mostly about TMO is that it produces paperwork quickly for me to do disclosures.

I’ve literally done payoffs while on vacation!

Screen shots are often sent for easier review and answering our processing questions.

Better to have a program held on your server that you control and have desired custom work done.

The in-person training offered overall and close up (hands on) views of what the software can help us accomplish.

I found the system very inflexible and rather than tackle issues directly they devised wild work arounds.

The documentation found online is not clear on how exactly to process certain transactions such as adjustments, Corporate Advances, and short payments on payoffs etc etc.

The TMO support team is amazing, they are very professional and are always available to help.

It is a good company, and even more important  (at least to me) the staff are friendly and easy to deal with.

Very user friendly.   Where we would spend hours in just creating and sending letters and notices, the mortgage office fast tracks this and many other tasks by using its custom letters capability.

Managing the borrower pool is a piece of cake when using TMO, so I would highly recommend this software to others.
