What is Yoursminc?
Yoursminc is an accounting platform, especially for SMEs and associations. It provides all the functions necessary for an accounting system, including links to a bank and, if required, to a webshop. Associations can conduct all their membership administration via Yoursminc.
This modular platform contains all standard accounting functions, including journals, ledgers, VAT declarations, balance sheets, etc. There is also a budgeting module where users can create appropriate budgets for cost centers, projects, and products. The platform provides a bank link that enables the software to handle MT940 or CAMT.053 file formats. The package can also be linked to webshops, such as WooCommerce, CCV-Shop, Mijnwebwinkel, and Magento. Users can also authorize an accountant to access their records.
The Yoursminc platform is based on HTML5 and can be accessed via web browsers and also mobile devices. Administration files can also be exported in the XBRL financial data format. Direct bank debits are generated in XML format, and other platform data exchanges are achieved via a REST API.
